We have been professionally packing and shipping art all over the world (over 60 countries) since 1999, and generally quote prices immediately via email.
We deliver and install art in the New York City Tri-State region, but New York State Sales tax must still be collected for New Jersey and Connecticut clients. Pop Studio Art does not mark-up shipping, packing and insurance costs with miscellaneous “handling” fees. We usually quote shipping prices by ground for the Lower 48 States, and get quotations for our clients in other locations.
Please note that several countries only permit door-to-airport delivery, but wherever feasible we ensure door-to-door delivery.
All shipments should be opened as soon as possible to determine delivery in good condition. In the case of damage, Pop Studio Art should be informed immediately. A return for this item may be initiated within 14 days of delivery by contacting Pop Studio Art at support@popastudioart.com
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through Pop Studio Art.
Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion.
Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost.
